I highly recommend Operations Strategic Management and believe that it would appeal to operations managers and academicians. Doesn't work well at all...

This is the worst e-book I've ever used. The information is all there, which is the only reason it's not receiving one star. The formatting is awful, the table of contests is poorly organized, and the links to various sections of the book don't work--forcing you to manually scroll page by page through the textbook. Thank God I'm only renting it and didn't pay to purchase it!

The pages numbers are different from the printed version and so it's confusing. I don't like book itself either. It's poorly organized.
